The Charm City Payroll Association Spring Conference is the premier event for payroll professionals in the State of Maryland. This conference offers an excellent opportunity to network with payroll, finance and human resource professionals. We have a large turnout of generalists, managers and directors who are in the position to review and recommend or purchase your products or services. We offer different levels of Sponsorship to choose from to showcase your products or services. Opportunities vary from advertising in our program up to the premier level Sponsorship. Please review the following sponsor / exhibitor opportunities available at CCPA’s 2020 Spring Conference. *Note for sponsors: In order to be recognized on the promotional conference brochure, please submit this registration, payment and logo by February 28, 2020. Sponsors (Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze) should send a company logo to be used on all materials to [email protected]
We will begin mailing out postcards to the members and non-members in our database in January. To get your logo on the first mailing, payment must be received by December 23, 2019. Our second mailing will be at the end of February. Payment will need to be received by January 31, 2020 to have your logo included.
Emails about the event will begin January 1st. We will be sending approximately 1 email a week announcing the State conference. For the cost of a booth, your logo can be on those emails that go to approximately 1900 Payroll Professionals in Maryland.
