Topics:

Financial stress is a growing concern among Working America. Employment engagement is at a low in this country. According to a 2015 Deloitte Human Capital Trends survey, only 25% of employees say they are engaged at work. Engagement affects productivity and your employer’s bottom line. This 2 hour workshop will help the audience understand the issue at hand and give a road map to implement a strategy to turn it around.

This workshop will provide you with real ways to implement a program that focuses on Behavior Changes and not just the Band-Aids. Employee engagement and culture ties into a company’s benefit programs and we will cover a different way at looking at these benefits. We must start thinking Out of Box and really focus on what your workforce needs. The statistics and numbers have been there all along but only until recently have organizations started to address the real problem. Attendees at this session will walk away with learning the following:

  • What is company Culture?
  • What does it mean to be truly engaged as an employee?
  • How financial stress is affecting productivity.
  • A roadmap to implement a Wellthness (Health & Wealth) that truly changes engagement and productivity with some real life success stories shared.
  • Learn Best Practices of engagement programs utilizing Wellthness
